Ayeni Adekunle O., : A.O Ayeni is the Principal Partner of the firm with experience in Corporate Law and Practice, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Property Law and Civil Law generally. Similarly, he has experience in procedures and processes for applications to Federal Government Parastatals, Agencies and Authorities for approvals, permits and the likes.

His court practice knowledge cuts across both inferior courts and superior courts of records (States and Federal), up to The Court of Appeal and The Supreme Court. He has a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Communication and Information Technology Law.

Bolaji Opeyemi Samson is a Legal Practitioner with specialization in Property Law and Corporate Law and Practice. He is a sound mediator. He has excellent drafting skill. He is a member of Institute of Freight Forwarders.

 

Abah Angelo Esq, a legal practitioner, graduated with an LLB Second Class Upper Division from Kogi State in 2012 University and a BL certificate from the Nigerian law school in 2015. Angelo is a highly motivated person and extremely focused at meeting up with organizational goals. He is highly skilled in Advocacy and Litigation, Drafting of legal documents, Dispute/Conflict Resolution.

Godwin Tersor Yarkwan is an Associate at A.O. Ayeni & Associates and a solution-driven Lawyer with experience in Corporate, Civil, Property and Criminal Law. He is committed to providing practical, commercially conscious and result-oriented legal solutions tailored to the needs of clients.

He is also a Web3 Lawyer with a growing specialisation in Blockchain Technology, Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets. He possesses extensive knowledge of the evolving Web3 ecosystem and provides prudent legal advice to clients on the adoption, use and regulation of blockchain-based technologies and digital assets, including compliance with Nigeria’s evolving cryptocurrency and virtual-asset regulatory landscape.

Godwin obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Benue State University, Makurdi, where he received his foundational legal education. He subsequently proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, for his professional legal training and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Beyond legal practice, Godwin is a rights advocate and researcher with A-goal Initiative, where he contributes to advocacy and research aimed at promoting good governance, environmental sustainability and an efficient and reliable power sector

Associate, A.O. Ayeni & Associates

Oghale Lilian Ewhobor is an Associate at A.O. Ayeni & Associates, with experience in civil litigation, corporate law, criminal law, legal research, drafting and dispute resolution. She brings an analytical approach, strong attention to detail and a practical perspective to her legal practice.

Alongside her legal practice, Lilian provides real estate consultancy and property sales services, assisting clients with property transactions and informed real estate decisions. She is also exploring emerging areas at the intersection of law and technology, with particular interest in Web3, blockchain and the evolving digital economy.

She holds an LL.B. from Delta State University, Abraka, and completed her professional training at the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Her background in legal research and communication further complements her commitment to clear, precise and client-focused practice.

Samuel Chiadi Olenyi, Esq.

Samuel is a result-oriented legal practitioner with core interests in Civil Litigation, Labour and Employment Law, Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. He also maintains a strong practice interest in Criminal Litigation, Appellate Advocacy, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

He is a Certified Dispute Resolution Specialist, and in addition to his conventional legal training, he is a certified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Instructor.

Driven by a commitment to adding value in every environment he finds himself, Samuel combines analytical rigour with practical problem-solving in the pursuit of his clients’ interests.

His interests include current affairs and philately.
